Privates (1:1)

Private sessions give you individualized attention and programming, allowing us to tailor every exercise to your body, goals, and any limitations. Privates are perfect for:

  • Targeting specific areas of focus

  • Learning proper technique quickly

  • Working around injuries or post-rehabilitation needs

  • Accelerating progress at your own pace

3:1 Classes

Small-group sessions allow for personalized guidance in a motivating, social environment.

  • Back to Basics (Beginner Only): Designed for students new to Pilates, this class focuses on foundational principles and safe, effective movement.

  • All Levels Class: Open to all experience levels, this class provides a balanced workout suitable for everyone.

  • Intermediate Class: For students who have completed 10 or more classes at Happy Place, this class challenges you with more advanced sequencing and techniques.

Circuits (3:1)

Circuits rotate students through all apparatus with 10 minutes at each station, offering a full-body workout while keeping the pace dynamic and engaging. This is perfect for those who want variety, challenge, and a comprehensive Pilates experience in a small-group setting.
