Wear comfortable and fitted workout clothing, so instructors can see your form and alignment. Shirts are required, as are grip socks, for both safety and sanitary reasons.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of class it is considered a “Late Cancel” and you will be charged for the class. If you cancel before that 24-hour period that credit will be returned to your account for future use. For safety reasons, latecomers will not be admitted to class.

For safety reasons and in order not to disrupt the class in progress, clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed into class.

We love newcomers at Happy Place! If this is your first time, we require that you either book a private or attend the Back To Basics Intro Class.

We warmly welcome women who are pregnant or postpartum. We kindly ask that you consult with your medical provider before joining class. Our instructors are educated, experienced, and well-equipped to offer appropriate modifications and meet you exactly where you are in your journey.
Your safety, comfort, and progress are always our top priority.

If a class is full you may join the waitlist. To do so you must purchase a class or package. If you do not get a spot in the class the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.
Please note that if you register for an available class AND waitlist yourself for another class that same day, you will be charged for both classes per our 24 hour cancellation policy.

We understand that a consistent schedule is key to building trust and supporting your routine, and we strive to maintain that consistency as much as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances such as illness, inclement weather, or travel may occasionally require adjustments to instructors or class times. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility!
