Understanding Our Studio Etiquette: Guidelines for a Harmonious Pilates Experience.
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our valued clients, please acquaint yourself with our studio policies outlined below. These guidelines are designed to uphold our classes' integrity, respect commitments, and maintain’s, and maintain the serene environment we cherish. Your adherence to these policies allows us to continue offering the exceptional service and Pilates instruction that define our studios.
Refunds
Please note that all transactions are conclusive. We are unable to process refunds, and both class packages and private sessions are exclusive to the purchaser and cannot be transferred or refunded.
Medical Concerns & Pregnancy
If you have any medical conditions or health concerns, we strongly recommend scheduling a private session before participating in group classes. This allows us to provide individualized attention, address your specific needs, and ensure your safety.
We also warmly welcome women who are pregnant or postpartum. We kindly ask that you consult with your medical provider before joining class. Our instructors are educated, experienced, and well-equipped to offer appropriate modifications and meet you exactly where you are in your journey.
Your safety, comfort, and progress are always our top priority.
Lost Items
Please note that all items will remain in Lost & Found for 1 month, then all will be donated. We encourage you to safeguard your belongings.
Turn Off and Tune In
We want you to drop in and take space for YOU. Please leave your cell phones off in the studio during class. Pictures/videos can be taken before or after class starts, but recording is prohibited while class is in session.
Age Restriction
The minimum age to attend class is 16. A parent or guardian must be present if the individual is under the age of 18 and sign a consent form for them to take class.
